Refund & Cancellation Policy for BestKerja

 

Introduction

BestKerja ("we", "our", or "us") values your trust and strives to provide the best experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Amounts paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded except in the following circumstances:
    • Multiple debits of the Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical errors, or excess debits in a single transaction. In such cases, the excess amount (excluding Payment Gateway charges) will be refunded.
    • Payments charged to the Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error, where the enrolment or service is unsuccessful. In such cases, BestKerja will provide the enrolment/service at no additional cost, or issue a refund (net of Payment Gateway charges) upon the Customer's request.
  2. Customers must submit a refund request with the transaction number and original payment receipt (if applicable).
  3. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
  4. All refund requests will be processed manually. If validated, the excess amount will be refunded via electronic mode within 7 working days. Depending on the Customer's bank policy, the refund may take 3-7 days to reflect in the account.

 

Responsibilities & Limitations

BestKerja assumes no responsibility and shall not be held liable if a payment cannot be processed due to the following circumstances:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed payment instructions provided by the Customer.
  • Insufficient funds or limits in the Payment Account.
  • Funds in the Payment Account being under encumbrance or charge.
  • Bank refusing or delaying the honoring of payment instructions.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power failures, or system outages.
